Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, we have the following policies in place: *Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $20 fee. *No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment will be charged the full service price. For clients with packages, the missed appointment will be deducted from their package. *We understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience an actual emergency, you may provide proof, and we will gladly waive the fee or full price charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us provide the best possible service to all clients.
