Policy
1. Appointments

Booking: All appointments must be booked through our website, via phone, or in person. A deposit may be required for certain services.

Cancellation:
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. A $20
cancellation fee will apply for late cancellations.

No-Shows:
No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit. If the client has purchased a
package, the missed appointment will count as a lost visit.
Additionally, the full service amount will be charged for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.

Emergency Cancellation Policy: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, cancellation fees may be waived if proof of the emergency is provided. Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the situation.
2. Payments

Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Venmo).

Refund Policy: All services are non-refundable. Services can be transferred to another individual upon request. Clients may redeem the value of a canceled service for another service of equal value.
3. Client Etiquette

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Please note that the door may be locked if there is no office staff available. If you have an appointment, please text 919-428-7633. I may be with a client and will open the door as soon as possible.

Cleanliness: We maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Please ensure personal cleanliness before treatments. Note: We do not provide services if you are on your menstrual period.

Behavior: Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
4. Health & Safety

Medical Conditions: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries during the consultation.

COVID-19 Measures: Masks are optional unless otherwise specified. Hand sanitizer is available and encouraged.

General Age Requirement: Services are available only to clients aged 18 and older. Some services may be provided to clients under 18 with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian must remain in the building for the entire duration of the service.
