Policy
1. Appointments

Booking: All appointments must be booked through our website, via phone, or in person. A deposit may be required for certain services.

Cancellation:
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. A $20
cancellation fee will apply for late cancellations.

No-Shows:
No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit. If the client has purchased a
package, the missed appointment will count as a lost visit.
Additionally, the full service amount will be charged for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.

Emergency Cancellation Policy: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, cancellation fees may be waived if proof of the emergency is provided. Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the situation.
2. Payment Options, Pricing, & Financing

Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Venmo).

Financing Options: We offer Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna, and PayPal for clients who prefer financing, especially for packages over $1,000. When selecting a financing option at checkout, you will be redirected to the third-party provider’s website and required to submit personal information to determine eligibility. Approval, terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules are determined solely by the financing provider. We do not control or influence financing decisions and are not responsible for approvals or denials.

Refund Policy: All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Due to the nature of services rendered. Missed appointments, partial packages, or dissatisfaction with results do not constitute grounds for a refund. Services can be transferred to another individual upon request. Clients may redeem the value of a canceled service for another service of equal value.

Pricing: All prices, packages, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Pricing displayed on the website does not guarantee availability and may be modified at any time.

Membership & Loyalty Programs: Membership benefits, discounts, and promotions are subject to change and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Active membership is required to receive ongoing benefits. Points and rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
3. Client Etiquette

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Please note that the door may be locked if there is no office staff available. If you have an appointment, please text 919-428-7633. I may be with a client and will open the door as soon as possible.

Cleanliness: We maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Please ensure personal cleanliness before treatments. Note: We do not provide services if you are on your menstrual period.

Behavior: Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Product use: We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, misuse of products, or reactions resulting from product use. Please follow all manufacturer instructions and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
4. Health & Safety

Medical Conditions: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to treatment. Failure to disclose medical conditions, medications, or contraindications may increase the risk of adverse effects and releases us from liability.

COVID-19 Measures: Masks are optional unless otherwise specified. Hand sanitizer is available and encouraged.

General Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to book services or make purchases on this website. Some services may be provided to clients under 18 with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian must remain in the building for the entire duration of the service.

Safety Monitoring & Camera Use: For client safety, certain treatments require the therapist to maintain continuous visual monitoring. During full-body detox wrap treatments, a Wyze camera may be used solely as a safety monitoring tool to ensure the client’s well-being at all times. The camera is not used for recording or surveillance purposes. This system operates on a non-cloud-based setup, and no video or audio is stored, saved, or shared. The camera is utilized only during the treatment session and strictly for emergency monitoring. By proceeding with services, clients acknowledge and consent to the use of this monitoring system as a safety measure.
5. Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without consent.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and results. These experiences are not guaranteed and should not be considered typical or expected outcomes.

Before-and-after photographs are required to document treatment progress and provide a visual reference of results. These images are used for internal client records, treatment planning, and progress tracking. Photographs are taken under consistent conditions to accurately reflect changes over time.

By receiving services, you acknowledge and consent to the capture and secure storage of these images.

All before-and-after photographs are kept confidential and stored securely. Images will not be used for marketing, advertising, social media, or educational purposes without the client’s separate written consent. Client identity will remain protected at all times.
