For documentation purposes only, I require measurements and photographs. Photos of the before and after can be accessed upon client request.

I may also ask clients to consent to showcasing the final results. No names, faces, or other patient identification will be revealed.

Also, be aware that I may need to perform lymphatic drainage, which may require access to sensitive areas. For these reasons, children and other individuals are not allowed in the treatment room.
Registration and access

Minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required to consent to use the Services. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Services.

Registration. You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account to use our Services. You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to anyone else, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Third-party Services software for products and services you may want to finance at checkout. Third-party services and Third Party Output are subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Return and Refund Policy

Products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. This policy requires that the products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Be sure to retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

The following is our refund policy for all treatment services: All services are nonrefundable and considered final. Many treatments expire three to six months after the start date of your first visit. If you want to transfer a treatment to someone else or receive something else of equal value, you can exchange it for other services.

Please be advised that a 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations or reschedulings of appointments. I understand that emergencies do happen, so please contact me if one does occur via text at 919-428-7633. I may require proof of the emergency.

All no-shows for existing clients will be billed for the service in full. New clients who book online and no-show for their first appointment will no longer be able to book services at this office.
